Parent And Baby
This class is for both baby and grown ups! Poses happen as you cuddle and hold your baby! Moving playfully, we will stretch, blending breaths and heartbeats! Songs, stories, and the magic of touch, make this the perfect class to connect and stay in shape with your baby and make friends with other new moms! Baby yoga helps digestion, promote better sleeping patterns, and strengthen growing muscles. Each class ends with a peaceful time, with baby massage techniques, and snuggly poses for you and baby! Dads are welcome too!

Parent And Toddler
This class is for toddlers and parents to enjoy together giving the opportunity to connect, develop coordination, and enjoy the benefits of yoga. Engaging with your child and watching your child make new friends through playful poses, this class is sure to delight adults and tots ! Music, art, props and stories These thoughtful classes with social emotional skills help toddlers learn kindness, patience, sharing, compassion, turn-taking, and good listening skills. Classes end with breathing and relaxation techniques that teach your little one how to calm and self regulate their body and mind. Suggested Age 1–3 years old.
Children’s Yoga
Let your child discover themselves, connect with other children and enjoy imaginative play! Yoga journeys, songs, props and stories from around the world will engage and delight your little yogi! Self expression and social skills make this class a great place for learning patience, sharing, compassion, and resilience. Each class concludes with relaxing techniques to connect the body and mind. Suggested Age 3 and up
Family Yoga
Yoga for families is a fun filled way for children, parents, and grandparents to enjoy a healthy activity together! Practicing yoga together strengthens the parent-child bond while connecting siblings in a supportive way. Both parents and children will get to learn from each other. Partner and group poses help bridge the age difference between family members. Expect to smile, laugh and play with your family for this fun filled hour! Suggested Age 0-100 years old!
Teen Class (Age 14-19)
THIS CLASS EXPLORES HOW THE PRACTICE OF YOGA CAN HELP TEENS APPRECIATE AND UNDERSTAND THEIR LIVES. YOGA CAN BECOME A BRIDGE BETWEEN MOVING THROUGH CHALLENGING FEELINGS AND GOING THROUGH THEM WITH LESS STRESS AND MORE BALANCE. COMBINING PHYSICAL POSES, BREATHING TECHNIQUES AND RELAXATION, THIS CLASS EMPOWERS TEENS TO BECOME SELF AWARE OF THEIR THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS…SO THEY CAN BE IN CHARGE OF THEIR FEELINGS. IT IS FILLED WITH CREATIVE INDIVIDUAL, PARTNER, AND GROUP POSES.
Tween Class (Age 9-13)
TWEENS HAVE CHANGING BODIES AND RELATIONSHIPS. THEY ARE SEARCHING FOR THE BEST VERSIONS OF THEMSELVES. TWEEN YOGA BLENDS POSES THAT BUILD STRENGTH, BREATHING AND RELAXATION TECHNIQUES WITH KINDNESS, ALLOWING EXPLORATION OF PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL GROWTH. THIS CLASS SUPPORTS TWEENS TRANSITIONING INTO TEENS WITH SELF AWARENESS, CONFIDENCE AND A STRONG SENSE OF COMMUNITY. INDIVIDUAL, PARTNER AND GROUP POSES ARE PRACTICED IN A NON-JUDGEMENTAL, WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT.
Private Session
For Special Needs, or for a child who is dealing with stresses such as divorce, bullies or needs help learning the art of controlling your emotions and finding a calm life long skill, such as yoga, to help cope with life. A special pre-meeting with parent and teacher will center on getting to know your child’s strengths and challenges for a custom tailored class to meet your child’s needs. Special attention to passions and things that light up your child’s heart will be added to each class.
